Step
Aerobics
Step up to the music! Step aerobics classes may include interval
training or multi-step formats that provide a low impact high-energy
form of cardiovascular conditioning. Classes vary in intensity
and complexity. Instructors: Carol Pabst & Anne Gray.
Lean
Body sculpting at its best! This awesome resistance training class
uses dumbbells, exertubes, rubber bands, and stability ball to
get results – better muscle tone and increased metabolism.
Classes vary in resistance, repetitions and exercises. Instructors:
Mary Beth Peebles & Carol Pabst.

Camp
Does
life have you stressed? This class can unstress you. Let Crla
take you through this invigorating workout that can challenge

Yogafit
Yoga oriented movements are combined to enhance core muscle and
flexibility development that reduce stress allowing for performance
of daily activities with less fatigue at the end of the day. Instructor:

Circuit
Short on time? This intense workout will cover your fitness needs
in 40 minutes. Instructor guides you through a series of exercise
stations that will provide both cardiovascular and muscle toning
benefits for a quick workout. Instructor: Carol Pabst.
Cardio
Kickboxing
This high intensity exercise class has been redesigned and presented
to you as part of our regular group exercise schedule at no extra
cost. Using combinations of punches and kicks this class is sure
to challenge your strength, balance and cardiovascular endurance
plus super abs workout. Instructor: Jodi

Pilates
Mat
Pilates, offered 3 times a week, is perfect for anybody that wants
a change of pace. Pilates is a well researched exercise technique
to strengthen core muscles, restore balance, improve flexibilty,
and reduce stress and fatigue.
Group
Cycling Classes
Group stationary cycling is a non-impact highly motivating vigorous
fitness program that is sure to give you the fitness results you
are looking for. Whether you haven’t ridden a bike since
childhood or you are an avid outdoor cyclist you will enjoy this
guided motivational program. Young and old alike can rise to the
challenge of this cycling based training program. Group cycling
bikes are specifically designed to allow the rider to adjust the
degree of intensity (how hard you are working) to whatever level
is appropriate for the rider’s health and fitness level.
Instructors motivate class using inspirational music and visualization
taking participants on the ride of their life!

Exercise Class
Swing to “Big Band” or “Bee Bop” to the
oldies in this group exercise class especially designed for the
Active Older Adult. Class includes aerobics, step aerobics, light
weights, exercise bands, and body ball. Improve your strength,
